The U.N. Happiness Project

The Global Arts Corps has friends working around the world to challenge the ideas and hierarchies we take for granted. Two such friends, Timothy Ryback, deputy secretary general of the Académie Diplomatique Internationale in Paris and International Herald Tribune Op-Ed Contributor, and Jean Timsit, a lawyer and visual artist based in Paris, are working together to include happiness in the measurement of a country’s success.
