Felice Swapp

Felice Swapp is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience spanning the professional services, non-profit, and technology sectors. A Rhodes Scholar, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and a Master’s in Management from the University of Oxford. Felice began her career at McKinsey & Company and later transitioned to senior roles in Silicon Valley’s tech industry, non-profits including SFJAZZ, and the global legal services sector.

Her early life experiences launched a lifelong curiosity about and appreciation for what makes people, cultures, and communities special, as well as what simultaneously underscores the fundamental truth that we all are one.
