Sonny Chheng

Sonny is a management consultant and executive advisor with more than 25 years of experience. He focuses on organizational strategy, change management, and talent strategies. He has served as a Partner with Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice and EY’s People Advisory Services. Sonny has held a number of leadership roles, including Global Culture Transformation Leader, U.S. Strategic Change Leader, Lead Client Service Partner, and Advisor to Global CEOs. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Harvard University.

Sonny is a survivor of the Khmer Rouge genocide, spending several years in refugee camps before emigrating to the United States in the 1980s.
