This time of healing has been a pretty picture that we have drawn across the land, and every day the dry wind comes from the north to wipe it out.

This Wednesday, September 19th, at 7pm, Global Arts Corps Associate Artistic Director Nick Boraine and Truth in Translation Producer and ASSITEJ President Yvette Hardie will be hosting a workshop – Freedom Unfinished – at the District Six Homecoming Centre in Cape Town.

Heartefact Fund and Qendra Multimedia, in collaboration with Global Arts Corps, are pleased to present a 3-day series of workshops, panel discussions, and a film screening on July 13th-15th, for invited local and regional NGO leaders, theatre directors, writers, and actors. The event is being hosted by Dokufest in Prizren, Kosovo.

The Global Arts Corps has just wrapped up another production leg in Northern Ireland.

The Global Peace Index (GPI), developed by the Institute for Economics and Peace, in conjuction with the Economist Intelligence unit, has just released their 2012 report.

‘Music above Fighting,’ a mini-documentary released by the organization MasterPeace, is now available to watch online. The video features Terry O’Neill, one of the original members of the Global Arts Corps’ company in Northern Ireland, and has a beautiful message.
